Freedom, passion and love it is the key for cook and take care of the best ingredients and pruducts.
I love food since I was very young, having a Japanese friend as a kid I had the fortune to taste oriental flavors back then.
Later in life I move to Europe where I was able to travel and work with very good chefs that pushed my self to discover the gift of being able to cook for others. I have worked as a head chef for Kyô Sushi Bar and Agave Mexican Restaurant in the Czech Republic, and lately I spent 3.5 years at the Seychelles as a Private Chef for one of the owners of the Four Seasons Resort.
I love to create new things for new clients I enjoy the challenge of getting the best products, with the local farmers and fishermen.
