Chef Raziel Burela, was born in Mexico City. From a young age he was influenced by his grandmother's love of cooking. Later he accompanied his parents on their travels throughout Mexico, where he discovered cuisines from many regions, especially from the Pacific which comes his strongest inspiration.
He has an accomplished background as a chef with Habita Hotel Group, Hereje Group and other hotel companies as well as serving as an instructor at Mexico City’s prestigious Ambrosia Culinary Center and finally as a former Chef at Moxi in Matilda Hotel.
