In the past decade I held executive roles in the kitchen of prominent establishments like Restaurant Ember, The American Club Singapore, Fish Market & Bistro, Eleven Concept and Violet Herbs, where my skills in Modern European cuisine were perfected.
My accomplishments included leading the restaurant ranking Top Ten Restaurant Award in Singapore, Top Restaurants Award Singapore, Best New Restaurants by World Gourmet Summit, UK Luxury Travel Magazine.
