Self-taught chef creating approachable comfort food, blending Western styles with occasional Asian touches and fresh, house-made ingredients.

I started my culinary journey as a self-taught chef, experimenting in the kitchen and learning through local and international competitions. Along the way, I discovered a passion for Western cuisine, with subtle Asian influences that add depth and character to my dishes.

In 2024, I accomplished a IKA Culinary Olympics Medal, a milestone that reflects the creativity, dedication, and precision I bring to every plate.

For me, great food begins with quality ingredients and careful execution. Every dish I create, from house-made sauces to café-style favorites, is crafted with intention, balance, and heart. My goal is simple: to make food that’s comforting, approachable, and memorable, meant to be savored from the first bite to the last.
