I am a professional chef with a background in healthcare and the owner of a restaurant in Batu Pahat, Johor. My approach to cooking is based on simplicity, balance, and flavor. I believe that great food does not need to be complicated, and I enjoy creating satisfying dishes by making the most of carefully selected ingredients.
