I am a professional chef with 5 years of working experience. BERJAYA University is where I completed my studies in Culinary Arts. I cook not only to fulfil hunger but to also put a smile on people’s faces. At the young age of 18, I have worked beside MIGF award winning Chef (Chef Val) at ‘Samplings on the Fourteenth’. I then continued my journey and worked with many great Asian Food Channel (AFC) Chefs like Chef Malcolm Go, Chef Sherson Lian and Chef Johnny Fua. I then worked alongside Vietnam Top Chef (Chef Tommy Tran) in his fine dining restaurant. Now I am growing my skills with the ‘Asia Top 50 Discovery Restaurant’. I am comfortable in many cuisines like Modern, Gastronomy, Nusantara, Peranakan, Indian, Japanese, Italian and French. Cooking is about sharing my passion through my hands and heart.
