Im an Executive Chef expertise in menu design, molecular gastronomy, and modern culinary methodologies inspired with asian progressive cuisine
With over a decade of progressive culinary experience and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from UiTM Permatang Pauh, I have built a career defined by passion, innovation, and leadership in the kitchen.
Currently, I serve as the Executive Chef at The Oriental Park, KLCC (Pre-Opening Team), where I oversee all kitchen operations, lead and mentor a high-performing culinary team, and design menus that balance modern techniques with authentic Southeast Asian flavors. My leadership contributed to our team’s success at FHM2025 3 Silver , Battle of the Chef 2024, earning 2 silver and 2 bronze medals, as well as my nomination as Modern Young Best Chef Malaysia 2024.
