I'm a Malaysian chef renowned for my expertise in Italian, Malaysian, and Indian cuisines.

Hailing from Georgetown, Penang I grew up immersed in Malaysia’s vibrant food culture. My passion for cooking began in my grandmother's kitchen, where I learned the secrets of Indian spices and the intricacies of Malaysian street food. Driven by a desire to expand my culinary horizons, I later trained in New Zealand, mastering the art of Italian gastronomy and developing a deep appreciation for its simplicity and elegance.
