I am a cook and artist who has been working in restaurants in various capacities for 12 years. I'm creative and love to try unconventional flavour profiles while honouring culinary traditions. Alongside working in restaurants, I also do experimental gastro events - therefore I am equipped for catering in both classic and more avant-garde/artistic manners.
