My name is gideon I was born and raised in curacao where I had to learn cooking on my own. since then I have obtained a passion for cooking. learning different techniques in every kind of restaurant, from buffet restaurants to 3 star culinary cooking. it doesn't matter where I end up as long as there's something new to learn and boundaries to push I'm there. I'm pretty social and like to get to know my clients. being a private is chef is new to me but I'm willing to learn on the way.

culinary school. I have my level 3 diploma wich I passed with flying colors. I mostly experiment at home with new flavors and how to ellevate them.

everyone, I've worked in a lot of kitchens during my 7 years experience and the best you can learn is by keeping an open mind and learn from everyone.
