I am a chef who is passionate about what I do, each dish, each recipe, has a story and a reason.
I have been a cook for around 10 years, all of my experience I gained in the big hotels in Lisbon, Portugal. I started at the bottom and barely mastered the art.
I also have experience in the Netherlands, in hotels and restaurants.
I love this area and always give my best in every recipe.
My specialty is Portuguese,Italian,french and some asian cuisine.
