I’m a very passionate Italian Chef, based in Groningen. I propose only authentic Italian dishes with a modern twist. High quality ingredients only.
I was born in Genoa in the north west of Italy. I grew up in the kitchen where I got the passion from my grandmother and mum.
I have 10 years experience in kitchen, I worked in London and Milan , and also here in the Netherlands. I am very passionate about quality and traditional food. I propose menus from 3 to 6 courses.
