I am an Italian private chef based in Amsterdam, bringing the warmth, flavour and authenticity of "mamma’s lasagna" anywhere you are.
My cooking philosophy is simple: honest food, premium ingredients, and dishes that make people feel at home — even when they are far from it.
With years of experience in both Italian and international cuisine, I create refined yet comforting dishes with a personal touch.
I have a Bechelor in Bakery and Pastry to create a complete meal.
