I love the moment when people taste my food and truly enjoy my craft.
I’m a chef specializing in vegetarian and vegan cuisine. I trained in various restaurants, including a renowned vegan spot in London. I love exploring the vibrant flavors of Asia, and more recently I’ve been inspired by Italian cuisine- ravioli and pasta in a modernist style. At the same time, I value the beauty of simple, traditional flavors. I cook with passion and heart, showing that plant-based food can be exciting, soulful, and full of creativity.
