Enrico was a very charming and professional chef. Everything was perfect, from the food itself to the presentation, the stories and the finishing touches. His international experience was a real advantage for the smooth communication before and during the event. I highly recommend him to add that extra special touch to your stay in Palermo.

Enrico was absolutely lovely and prepared several excellent meals for us – everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done. He also shared fun stories and insights about Sicily that added so much to the experience. Highly recommended!

Enrico did a fantastic job cooking an authentic Sicilian meal. The chocolate chilli mouse was out of this world and he also showed us how to make it. I would highly recommend him, we had a lovely evening.

We had a group of 16 and this is the experience you want, Enrico came with 2 family members and told amazing stories about Sicilian traditions. The food was so good, my friends are still making the ansjovis bruchetta on many occasions. Perfect communication in English. Highly recommended!

The experience Enrico gave us was truly incredible. His history of the traditional dishes and service were fantastic. He communicated well via WhatsApp and offer a wine pairing to go with his dishes - all perfectly paired Sicilian wines to accompany the traditional Sicilian menu we had chosen. He and his mum left the kitchen spotlessly clean! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone travelling to Sicily.

Enrico crafted a truly authentic Sicilian dinner for our small group of three, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. Each course was introduced with care, along with the history behind it, which added so much depth and meaning to the meal. The menu was beautifully planned and catered to all dietary needs, which we really appreciated. From the very beginning, Enrico communicated everything clearly and was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. His professionalism, charm and passion shone through every detail of the evening and the stories he shared. We’re so grateful to Enrico and his mum for the time and effort they put into making the night so special. I would wholeheartedly recommend him for any event. Thank you!

Enrico et son équipe ont été absolument super pour notre diner. Nous étions un grand groupe de 17 personnes, et tout a été parfait ! Nous avons adoré l'aspect expérience du diner, avec des explications et présentations en live. Le repas était divin, avec des plats traditionnels avec des produits frais. Les équipes ont rendu la cuisine très propre, avec même des restes pour le brunch du lendemain ! Parfait ! Je recommande cette équipe ++

Enrico did a fantastic job making our vacation dinner special. Great Sicilian food and very interesting back stories for each dish made the meal memorable. He was also able to make a last minute menu change happen with very little fuss. Highly recommend.

Enrico was excellent throughout the evening. The food and the wine pairings were excellent and made more delicious by the stories he told regarding the origins and content of each dish. His knowledge of Sicily was brilliant but more importantly his experiences of working in kitchens around the world was clearly evident in the manner in which he explained the subtle differences in world cuisine. Overall, Enrico and his team created a most enjoyable and memorable occasion and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to make any night a special one.

We had a great meal cooked by Chef Enrico. He took great care in explaining each course and the story behind them. It was a pleasure to have him cook authentic traditional Sicilian food for us and to get to know him a bit too!

Enrico was wonderful! He made our evening magical, it was one of the best experiences of our trip! He was very accommodating on the menu and took special care to address my food allergies. Everything was delicious... he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. And we had yummy leftovers for days!

Our dinner with Enrico was fantastic. From first contact to the last dish he was responsive, creative, professional and engaging. He added many special elements to the meal such as a selection of olive oils and locally sourced specialties. He gave wonderful context for the menu including the connection to local and family traditions. We even learned a few cooking tips. The meal was a memorable highlight of our travels to Sicily. I highly recommend Chef Enrico.

Enrico created the most exceptional dinner for our family whilst in holiday in Sicily. The freshest ingredients, 6 courses of outstanding food. He bought along smoked olive oils, digestifs and other special treats for us to really create the best experience. He was warm and amazing with my teenage son who he explained the entire cooking process to. Thank you Enrico you were amazing and so was your food.
