I am a professional chef with more than 30 years of experience. I spent 25 years in Shanghai before relocating to Bangkok in early 2025. I have expertise in Asian cuisine along with a broad range of international culinary styles. Most recently, I worked as a personal chef for a family following a strict KETO diet, where I gained extensive knowledge of KETO principles and consistently delivered restaurant-quality meals within those guidelines.
