Since I was a child I already knew that this would be my field of work.

I have more than ten years of experience in hospitality and have a degree in culinary sciences and arts. During my career I have had the opportunity to work for different types of companies, to work with globally recognized masters and live in different countries, including extraEuropean ones.

Thanks to all these experiences I have discovered that the most important and satisfying thing for me is to make the customer experience special, unforgettable and sometimes even changing-life moments. I like to surprise my guests and go beyond their expectations.

My speciality is conceptual cuisine. I'm not a chef for birthdays, large dinners or catering; choosing me means wanting something more, I like working with expert customers interested in gastronomy.

Those who choose me don't want someone who just cooks for them but someone capable of making them feel emotions.
