Hello, I'm Kaan. I started my culinary education by studying at high school and university in Turkey. During my education, I did internships in different kitchens and areas. I worked in professional kitchens in Antalya and Bodrum in Turkey, and now I'm continuing my career in Dubai. I'm completing my 9th year actively in the profession. I have worked in various restaurants and departments in my career history. In general, I have had experience in the breakfast, cold and hot departments respectively. I have worked and gained experience in French, Turkish, Italian and Greek restaurants.
