Haling from the islands of The Bahamas, I have 18 years of industry experience, but my love was cultivated from humble beginnings cooking Sunday dinners in the kitchen with my grandmother. I bring a wealth of professional culinary expertise honed through formal training and certifications from Johnson & Wales University. Specializing in diverse culinary settings, I've worked aboard luxury yachts, in private homes, and have catered a wide range of events and weddings. Passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences, where my goal is to leave each guest wanting more.
