Multiple Award nominated chef, and one part of a husband and wife chef duo. After graduating from the French culinary Institute in NYC, I went on to work at Marlow & Sons, the Marrow, Kinshop in NYC before heading to Dubai to own and operate a vegan friendly cafe. Specialize in healthy, fresh and veg forward cuisine influenced largely by my california and persian roots.

Chef Mandana & Patrick were both amazing in every way possible! They were super friendly, easy to talk to, and shared lots of cooking techniques with us! The food was spectacular and was both better presented and better tasting than most michelin star restaurants that I have been to. All in all, this was the highlight of our vacation and we are very happy to have met Chef Mandana & Patrick.
