I firmly believe that food should not only be delicious, but also good for the soul.
My name is Chef Nicolly Trankels, I am 31 years old and have been passionate about cooking from a very young age.
I was fortunate to grow up with a strong foundation at home - my mother is a prestigious chef and a culinary reference in Brazilian cuisine. She taught me my very first recipes. From her, I learned about the rich diversity of flavors and ingredients that our homeland Brazil has to offer.
Dedicated to gastronomy since I was 16, I graduated from Jorge Amado University with a degree in Hospitality Management and also hold an advanced diploma in Culinary Arts. As a true lover of sweets, I completed a degree in Pastry at the Diego Lozano Pastry School in São Paulo, Brazil.
Later, I chose to embark on a continuous journey of learning around the world visiting over 15 countries and gaining experience and knowledge from a wide range of cultures, flavors, and culinary styles.
