I am currently a Patisserie student at International Hotel school and graduating with CTH qualification in professional cookery.

I have an equivalent of 1 year experience in a professional catering kitchen but have done some work for friends and family as well.

I've been passionate about the industry since a very young age. I'm a very hard working and punctual person. I take great pride in my work and sometimes even a perfectionist.
