From the moment I stepped into a kitchen, I knew food would be my life’s work. My culinary journey began with a diploma in Culinary Arts, laying the foundation for my career in the food industry. Over the years, I have worked in various restaurants, refining my skills in diverse cuisines, kitchen operations, and team management. My experience as a private chef allowed me to curate personalized dining experiences, organize events, and bring people together through food.

Beyond cooking, I found a passion for education and mentorship. My role as a facilitator in a school and my informal teaching experience at a culinary school reinforced my belief in the power of sharing knowledge. This drive led me to explore roles in career coordination and chef lecturing, aiming to guide aspiring culinary professionals.
