I am a young charismatic chef with 2 years experience in the gourmet culinary industry. I studied at 1000 Hills Chef School in Hillcrest ,Durban. I Graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts a level 2 Diploma in Patissiere and level 2 Diploma in Food and Beverage services. In 2024 I I had joined the Brennan’s restaurant team in New Orleans USA, to broaden my culinary knowledge and skills. I am also experienced in cake making for every occasion while also entertaining private party guests.
