I am a professional chef with over 20 years experience under the belt. I studied Hospitality Management through Sedibeng College, where my passion for food was cultivated. I started my career as chef as Pastry Chef, at the Fransschoek Mountain Manor, now known as Hotel Le Fransschoek. My career really took off when I was employed at Emerald Casino in 2001, where I was employed in both A la Carte as well as Banqueting chef capacities. I left Emerald in 2015 and joined Malaguetta restaurant in Edenvale as Head Chef. Following Malaguetta, I was recruited by African Supply Solutions, as Head Chef for Chevy Lane, where I started in 2018, up until 2020.
In all my years as a chef, it has always been bringing people together through the love of food, that has been my driving force.
I take pride in providing memorable meals and excellent service, along with a warm smile and a personal touch.
