I am very passionate about cooking. There is just something about watching people enjoy a meal you put your heart and soul into.

I am a professional chef. I have 16 years of experience in the kitchen. I am very knowledgeable in cooking, cleaning and prepping seafood. I am skilled in all other areas of cooking as well Mediterranean, Italian, French, South African, Asian, Indian are just a few to mention.

I have a diploma in Events Coordination.

I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years now. Owned and ran 2 restaurants but unfortunately had to close to external uncontrollable circumstances.
