I became a chef because I love food. The ability to take all of one’s senses into the experience of dining excites me.

I studied at the Johannesburg Culinary and Pastry School. I became a chef because I love food. The artistry I have acquired from culinary school, 4-star hotels, an AsianLuxury Restaurant and Bar, and other wonderful

hospitality establishments, is what has advanced me as a chef. I am an eager, talented chef.
