I am a professional chef with over four years of experience in the culinary industry. I began my career as a private chef, building a reputation for reliability and refined, flavour-driven cuisine. I studied Culinary Arts at the International Hotel School, following earlier studies in Public Relations at Monash South Africa.

I have also gained hands-on experience at renowned establishments such as Fairlawns Boutique Hotel and the Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel. Inspired by my international travel and exposure to diverse culinary traditions, I bring global flavours and creativity into every dish I create.
