Very Passionate about food since I was young. I love working with fresh produce as well as farm to table dining style. Rustic and flavorful food
I started working at 16 in a kitchen over weekends, afterwards I went and studied further and gained experience from small mom and pop restaurants all the way to 6 star hotels. Everything from the kitchen to the bar, I love including various flavors and styles of cooking to make it the best meal that everybody will enjoy.
Fusion foods are better but also keeping it plain and simple like my grandparents used to cook helped me to excel in my passion.
