Get to know me better

Inspired by fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, I love creating dishes that is nostalgic, authentic and wholesome!

After 15 years of in the hotel and travel industry, I made the leap into dedicating my life full time, firstly to permaculture where I grow my vegetables and herbs, and then utilizing the produce in all my cooking and in various food preservations from brining, curing, salting and drying and incorporate all of this into my menus.
