I am a young aspiring chef with a passion for cuisines in Asia, Italy, South America, France,
and pastries and desserts around the world.
With a strong artistic streak, a mind overflowing with ideas
your experience with me will not only be in food, but in knowledge, culture and performance.
I've worked to gain experience in Asian cuisine (namely Chinese, Thai, and Japanese food)
and learned first hand from Chinese elders on how to do their cuisine justice.
