Modern cusine delivered with elegance. Well versed as private chef. Been cooking for 15 years around the world.

Classically trained in french and italian cuisine. Worked at some of canadas top restaurants as well as top cruise lines and yachts around the world. Just moved back to south africa to prepare the highest level of food for my guests. From intimate dinners to fun style menus, i can easily make the dining experience a memorable one.
