I enjoy baking and experimenting with fusion foods. I am also adept in vegan, and other dietary requirements. I love to entertain whilst cooking.

I was taught from an early age at home, I then studied in Durban at M.L. Sultan Hotel School. I furthered my studies in the South African Army.

I believe flavor is the key, and using the best & freshest ingredients possible, enhanced with spices & herbs. Most important: love what you're doing!
