I’m a self-taught private chef with a passion for creating refined, memorable dining experiences inspired by Congolese and African cuisine.

My cooking combines traditional flavours, heritage ingredients and modern culinary techniques to create dishes that feel familiar yet elevated. I’m particularly interested in contemporary African fine dining, private dinners and personalised dining experiences.

As a self-taught chef, I’ve developed my skills through extensive hands-on cooking, recipe development, experimentation and continuous learning. I’m meticulous about presentation, flavour, preparation and creating an experience that feels special from the first course to the last.

My goal is simple: to create beautiful, flavour-driven food that tells a story and gives every client an experience worth remembering.
