Very diligent hard working young man with a dream

I’m a young culinary chef just out of school. I did my training at the international hotel school in South Africa Cape Town campus. Where I got the chance to work for some great hotels restaurants in South Africa such as Nobu, Rubén’s, One and Only, 15 on Orange and more.

I took up apprenticeship At the Victoria falls meat market, training staff and menu development.

My style of cooking is rustic and I like to experiment with bold flavours.
