My hands are my greatest gift and I'd like to spend my time sharing what they have to offer artistically

I am a professional culinary artist, trained at JHB CULINARY AND PASTRY SCHOOL, whereby I have been indoctrinated with what it means fundamentally to be a chef, not just trained in food management, but also trained to understand the entire hospitality and tourism industry. I am trained for an international cuisine and lifestyle chef, as well as in local flavours, traditions and cultures. I am constantly wanting to share love and warmth through meals, while also being able to express myself creatively.

Johannesburg culinary and pastry school. I've also attended a training programme at One&Only in Cape Town for pastry, and had barista training at UJ.

Is to follow my intuition, and to hone my moods and emotions into creativity and passion.
