I am a persistent warrior chef,always eager to learn new skills and grow in my craft. I come from an impoverished background,but I’ve used what I had.
I am a young chef with 4 years of experience in the kitchen, worked at various Marriott hotels in Cape Town. I have done 3 Culinary competitions so far. I want to grow and learn much more. I have worked at The Pier Restaurant as an apprentice.
I was mentored by an Olympic Chef for a Competition I did.
