My approach to food is non-conventional. The food I make is nostalgic, fruitful and fulfilling.

I am qualified Chef with 5 years experience working in the private cheffing industry. My love for food started at the age of 8 where I would help my mother cook and bake lunches and dinners on weekends. I make food that make you nostalgic and reminds you of the food that your mother or granny would cook after church. I use local ingredients and infuse them with French technique.
