I am a professional Chef with 8 years of experience. I studied at in Hermanus at Warwick Chef School in 2016. I have extensive experience working as a chef in various establishments, from wine farms to restaurant and hotels which has deepened my understanding of culinary excellence.
Through my career, I've gained valuable insights into the crucial elements of successful kitchen management from leading teams to ensuring efficient food preparation, safety, and service.
I've acquired substantial hands-on experience collaborating with dedicated teams of chefs, pâtissiers, waiters, and apprentices. I'm passionate about experimenting with ingredients to create innovative flavours.
I embrace life's challenges and changes wholeheartedly, believing that without challenges, there can be no progress.
