I am a qualified Chef. I studied at Silwood School of Cookery in Cape Town. I have been a chef on Lodges in Graaff-Reinet, Thabazimbi and Mozambique, as well assisted in the catering of weddings in Knysna. Chef Jorden was amazing. It was my first time experiencing a private chef and it was the best treat ever! I can definitely recommend it. Communication from Chef Jorden was brilliant as a few changes were made to the menu as well as a special request. She arived on time and started all the prep work so that when I arrived home with my girlfriend, she had already setup the table for us which was fantastic. All four courses were presented beautifully and were equally delicious!...Portion size was spot on and I was absolutely stuffed at the end of the evening. It was a great experience and I can highly recommend Chef Jorden as her dishes were all absolutely delicious as well as beautifully presented. Her communication skills were great and she was very attentive.

Chef prepared the food with passion and love. We had lots of questions and we were delayed for the dinner , she was extremely patient and sweet .
