I am an Executive chef with heaps of experience. I ran 6 kitchens for a group of restaurants for 5years before going private. I am currently working on a cook book so would love to test some of my new recipes. I’m definitely more of a hot kitchen chef (savory food) but I do make a mean cheesecake and even better lavender ice cream!
