Chef still currently studying, graduating year end. Currently in my third year of industry experience and i have experience in mass catering and also fine dining. Desserts are currently my speciality and I believe they will always be the star of the show. Different cuisines interest me and I am always looking to explore and try new food that appeals to the palette
