As a chef with five years plus of experience, I graduated from Capsicum Culinary Studios in 2019. My career includes positions as a Chef at Protea Hotel Melrose arch, INN and Spa at Loretto (New Mexico)USA, The Country Club of Little Rock (Arkansas)USA, and Il Buco Al Mare in New York City.

I also operate a mobile food service for events and provide meal preparation services for busy professionals.
