A professional Chef with over 12 years in the Hospitality Sector.
I completed my training as a Chef at The Vaal University of Technology, received a professional instruction from Chefs At Your House (a large catering operation and Private Chef services), and completed an internship at Southern Sun Mbombela Hotel.
I have worked with big brands in the industry (Tsogo Sun Hotels and Casinos, Southern Sun, Sun International, Radisson Hotel Group, Onomo Hotels Group and Bidvest Catering Services.
I worked my way up the Hospitality Industry ladder from Commis Chef to a Regional Executive Chef Level while travelling the country and parts of East Africa for some of the best experiences (specializing in casual dining and basic fine dining).
