I am a professional chef with 19 years of experience. I have worked in the UK and Ireland, I have worked at one of SAs top game lodge/hotel groups (Singita) where I was promoted to Sous Chef whilst there. I then went to work at one of Durbans best restaurants as The Chef’s Table as Exec Sous chef. I was part of the starting team. I then got an opportunity to open a restaurant which I did. During COViD I had to close this and naturally progressed into catering.
