My passion for culinary arts also led me to the Chocolate Academy, where I trained as a Chocolatier, delving deep into the world of fine chocolate and confectionery. These experiences have allowed me to blend classic culinary techniques with innovative approaches, ensuring that every dish and dessert I create is nothing short of exceptional.
