There’s so many stories to tell through a plate of food; and it always warms my heart to see people enjoy those stories.

Food is my language, and every dish I create tells a story.

I am a professional chef who qualified at Capsicum Culinary Studio. I have a Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking, and another Diploma in Patisserie; and hold a WSET Level 1 certification in wines, which allows me to thoughtfully pair each course with the perfect glass.

For me, food and wine are not separate experiences — they’re a conversation.

I’m currently working on my first cookbook, inspired by my travels and the incredible flavors I’ve discovered along the way. Every destination adds a new chapter to my kitchen.

I bring warmth, vibrance, and genuine passion to every table I serve. My goal is simple: to create an unforgettable dining experience that feels personal, joyful, and full of flavor.
