I always aim for that Wow factor from my dishes..to combine exotic flavour profiles that will burst and suprise your palate.
I'm a professional chef with 14 years experience. It all started at Fancourt hotel South Africa in their fine dining flagship restuarant- Henry Whites Restuarant. Started as a Commis Chef through hardwork and my passion for my craft I climb the culinary ladder to Junior Sous Chef Level. Shortly after that I went abroad to United States of America.
I worked 7years in different states as a line cook, I work in all stations hands-on experience of food preparation, cooking and plating.
Recently I came back to south Africa October 2024, I work as a Personal/private Chef full-time, I'm based in Port Elizabeth.
