Chef Lebone Ramokolo

I am a professional chef with over 4 years in the Culinary industry. I started my journey at Tshwane North College where I did my National Diploma in Hospitality and Catering Services. Thereafter I took up another challenge of completing a professional Cookery course and graduate with a NQF Level 4. That opened up a door for me to work in the corporate world as a Food Service Assistant at Exxaro Mining. Due to the massive effort I put into my work I was later moved to South Africa's JSE top 100 companies, Momentum Metropolitan in Centurion. Where I worked as a Function chef and was given the responsibility to cater for the executive director and most importantly the CEO. That's where I learnt my fine dining and menu development skills. With the help of the company I optained a fire prevention certificate and became a fire Marshall for the kitchen. Lastly health and safety is a huge part in the culinary industry so I have taken several on the job training to make sure I'm HACCAP compliant.
