Co-founder of Sip, Savour & Serve: A private cheffing company built on bold flavours, creative flair, and an unconventional culinary path.

I’m a professionally trained chef and co-founder of Sip. Savour & Serve, combining formal culinary expertise with a passion for bold, soulful cooking. I graduated with distinction from the Advanced Professional Chef Programme at Capsicum Culinary Studios, and hold multiple City & Guilds qualifications, including Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation and Patisserie, as well as Level 3 Advanced Diplomas in Culinary Arts, Supervision, and Food Safety.

While I bring solid training to every dish, my approach is anything but conventional because I believe in blending technical skill with creativity, local flavours, and a personal touch to craft unforgettable dining experiences.
